Where does Sarita Kamat Designs accept orders from?
At present, we ship to U.S. addresses only. We do, however, accept orders from any country in the world for delivery within the United States.

How do I check on the status of an order?

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
Please note: We do not accept credit cards issued from a bank outside of the United States. We also do not accept American Express Gift Cards, Visa Gift Cards, or MasterCard Gift Cards at this time.
E-mail Confirmation On Your Order
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
If you provided a valid email address during the checkout process, you will receive an email after your order is placed. This email confirms that we have received your order and are processing your order. Keep this email for your records because it contains your order number and can be used for receipt purposes.
How to Cancel Your Order
How do I change or cancel an order once it is placed?
If you have submitted an order and wish to change or cancel it, contact customer service at email@example.com.You will receive a refund or credit after the product has been returned and processed. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
When is my order shipped?
Standard shipping and processing: most orders are shipped from Skokie, IL to arrive within five to seven business days from receipt of your order.
Can I ship an order to a P.O. Box?
No. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
How much extra will priority shipping cost?
Upgraded shipping options, next day air, second-day air and three-day select are available for all products. Costs depend on order size, ship to address and shipping method selected.
When I order online is my credit card information secure?
Providing a safe and secure environment for your order information is our top priority. SaritaKamatDesigns.com protects the security of your online transaction by taking advantage of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL technology encrypts data allowing only Sarita Kamat Designs to decode your information and helps to create a secure environment for transactions on the internet.
To further protect your security, we suggest you sign off your account and close your browser window after you have finished your visit, especially if you are using a computer shared by others.
What is Sarita Kamat Design’s Return Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with a Sarita Kamat Designs purchase or gift for any reason, please return it in its original packing and unused, for merchandise credit or refund. We accept the return of products purchased from Sarita Kamat Designs for up to 15 days after purchase. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment.
Please include a note or letter containing the following information:
-Your name, address, and email address
-Your daytime phone number, in case we have questions
-A list of the product(s) and why you are returning the product(s)
Please ship your return package prepaid to the address below. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as with UPS, FedEx or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). Then you can use the service provider’s online tracking system to know when we have received your package.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive, examine and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return credit. Credits are available within 10 days of the return. We’ll notify you via email once we’ve received, examined and processed the returned product(s). We’ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
NOTE: We’re sorry, but we do not credit shipping costs for returned orders.
